Did you know? - Easy bread-making

1. Get ready 500g organic strong white flour, 20ml olive oil, 5g salt, 5g instant dried yeast and approx 350g luke warm water.

2. Mix flour, yeast and salt together ( yeast are not good friend with salt, please seperate them with flour)

3. Slowly mix water into flour and knead until you form a soft and smooth ball. ( you may not need to add all the water. Just feel with your hands. The dough needs to be damp but not sticky!)

4. Cover in warm place and leave it for 1.5 hrs.

5. Punch down to release air and re-form the ball. Wait for another hour.

6. Ready to divide into 10 pcs shape like a breakfast bun.

7. Proof in a warm place covered, make sure dough won't dry out. Wait for 1 hr.

8. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 20 min or until golden brown.

9. Enjoy your easy homemade bread made by yourself! :D
